She pointed out that this problem is particularly prominent in the cross-border e-commerce sector, where infringement occurs rapidly and has a wide impact range, hindering the effectiveness of rights protection. She actively proposed suggestions and called for Shenzhen to explore the establishment of a "fast injunction" mechanism tailored to the characteristics of the e-commerce industry. By drawing on international mature experience, a responsive and streamlined injunction system should be established to quickly block the circulation of infringing goods, effectively safeguard the rights and interests of innovation entities, and provide strong institutional support for the healthy development of Shenzhen's cross-border e-commerce.
