Recently, the Party Committee of Shishatou Subdistrict of Futian District People's Congress and the research group of municipal representatives jointly held a consultation meeting on the revision opinions of the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Intellectual Property Protection Regulations". Zhang Yu, the deputy general manager and partner of ZYIP, as well as a member of the Futian District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of the Executive Committee of the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce, represented the company and was invited to attend. Together with nearly twenty municipal and district-level representatives, legislative committee members, and representatives from relevant enterprises, they participated in the discussion.
At the meeting, Zhang Yu, based on the first-hand insights from serving over ten thousand clients, raised the issue of "fast enforcement but slow execution" in current administrative protection. She pointed out that this problem is particularly prominent in the cross-border e-commerce sector, where infringement occurs rapidly and has a wide impact range, hindering the effectiveness of rights protection. She actively proposed suggestions and called for Shenzhen to explore the establishment of a "fast injunction" mechanism tailored to the characteristics of the e-commerce industry. By drawing on international mature experience, a responsive and streamlined injunction system should be established to quickly block the circulation of infringing goods, effectively safeguard the rights and interests of innovation entities, and provide strong institutional support for the healthy development of Shenzhen's cross-border e-commerce.
This participation in the event is not only a recognition by the authorities of the professional strength of ZYIP, but also highlights ZYIP's profound insights and proactive exploration of industry frontiers. In the future, ZYIP will continue to delve deeply into its professional field, providing outstanding services to clients while actively fulfilling industry responsibilities, continuously participating in and contributing to the optimization and improvement of the intellectual property protection system, and making significant contributions to creating an international first-class business environment and promoting high-quality industrial development.
