Facing the systematic challenges in patent protection for the national-level "13th Five-Year Plan" key scientific research project - "Smart Construction Platform for Prefabricated Buildings", the ZYIP team broke through the traditional agency model and formed a top-notch specialized team to intervene in the entire process of project research and development with "think tank-level" in-depth services. (1) Disconnection between R&D and Intellectual Property: The R&D team is solely focused on conducting technical research and development on eight modules such as "BIM collaboration, intelligent assembly, and IoT management", leaving no time to systematically organize and draft patent disclosure materials.
(2) Complex and High-end Layout Requirements: This technology system needs to establish a comprehensive patent barrier that combines both offensive and defensive capabilities.
