On October 26, 2023, the "2023 Intellectual Property Theme Training" organized by the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration (Shenzhen Intellectual Property Bureau) and organized by ZYIP was successfully held in the Futian Hall, 4th floor, Shenzhen Guohui Hotel, 6002 Shennan Avenue, Futian District, Shenzhen.

The training attracted more than 50 participants, including representatives from enterprises and institutions, intellectual property managers, research and development leaders, and relevant staff from intellectual property service institutions.

The first phase of the training invited Yao Zexin, the technical director of ZYIP and a senior intellectual property expert, to give a presentation. Lecturer Yao Zexin introduced the concept and relevant regulations of abnormal patent applications in simple and profound terms, with the theme of "abnormal patent avoidance and improvement of agency ability", and shared some methods to avoid abnormal patent applications. Through training, participants gained a more comprehensive understanding of patent applications, which plays an important role in improving the success rate of patent applications, improving patent management level, avoiding illegal behavior, and potential legal risks for enterprises.

The second phase of the training specifically invited Yu Chunhui, a senior intellectual property judge and former presiding judge of the Intellectual Property Division of the Shenzhen Court, to give an explanation. Lecturer Yu Chunhui delved into the importance of enterprise intellectual property protection for innovation and competitiveness, with the theme of "How to enhance intellectual property protection capabilities". He systematically introduced professional knowledge on the ownership, operation, infringement, and compensation of intellectual property rights, and combined his more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property trials to introduce relevant skills such as enterprise intellectual property protection and rights protection through rich cases. Through these training contents, participants can have a comprehensive understanding of intellectual property protection, enhance their professional abilities, and thus protect their innovative achievements and business interests.

During the training and communication process, on-site interaction was very active. The personnel participating in the training are very active in asking questions and asking the lecturers for questions and difficulties related to the content being taught, as well as intellectual property issues encountered by the enterprise in the operation process.
