In July 2018, ZYIP was entrusted by the headquarters of Yonwengen to provide enterprise intellectual property management system guidance to the headquarters of Yonwengen and its 7 subsidiaries simultaneously. ZYIP promptly established a special working group for the Yonwengen Group to conduct a survey and analysis of the current situation of intellectual property management in the headquarters and its 7 subsidiaries. It was found that the intellectual property management of the group had problems such as chaotic management processes, incomplete management systems, and weak awareness of intellectual property among employees. Additionally, it was learned that the group's photovoltaic products did not have relevant intellectual property layout in the exporting countries before export, which led to the large-scale imitation of the group's best-selling products and the occupation of a large amount of market share. However, no effective measures were taken to protect the group's interests, causing serious losses to the group.
