The National Intellectual Property Administration has issued a notice regarding the revision of the patent application request form.

In order to facilitate the implementation of the newly revised "Patent Examination Guidelines", the National Intellectual Property Administration has decided to make corresponding revisions to the patent application request forms involved in the business adjustments. 
The specific revisions include: 10 request forms used for patent business processing in paper form. The revised list and corresponding form files are detailed in Annex 1 and Annex 2. 
The above revisions will come into effect on January 1, 2026. The corresponding old versions of the forms will be discontinued at the same time. This revision does not involve any adjustments to the client and electronic application data standard specifications. 
The current application request form for patent paper documents that is enabled can be accessed and downloaded immediately by the parties by logging onto the website of the National Intellectual Property Administration (http://www.cnipa.gov.cn) and visiting the "Service Matters" section under the "Form Download" column.
