On December 28, 2025, the first annual general meeting of the ZYIP Private Enterprises Compliance Construction Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") was held in Guangzhou. Leaders from relevant units such as the Provincial Committee for United Front Work, the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the Provincial Civil Affairs Department attended the meeting. Zhang Yu, the deputy general manager and partner of ZYIP Intellectual Property, as well as a member of the Fuzhou District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of the Executive Committee of the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce, represented the company to attend the meeting. After the meeting, ZYIP Intellectual Property was elected as the first council member unit of the Association. 

The meeting pointed out that the establishment of the Compliance Construction Association of Private Enterprises in Guangdong Province is an important measure for Guangdong to anchor on high-quality development and promote the construction of a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics. We should fully recognize the significant meaning of establishing this compliance construction association, focus on the core goals of guiding private enterprises to establish a compliance concept, enhancing the professional level of compliance construction, and promoting the establishment and improvement of a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, and actively link the professional resources for enterprise compliance across the province, injecting new strong impetus into the high-quality development of Guangdong's private economy.
