Chinese Trademark Office announced on March 30, 2017 that since April 01, 2017, the official fees will be reduced by 50% for the following trademark matters:

Application for registration of trademark

Application for registration of certification/collective mark

Renewal of trademark registration

Additional charge for renewal in grace period

Recordal of change of name or address of applicant/registrant

Recordal of license contract

Recordal of assignment

Requesting re-issuance of a registration certificate

Obtaining certfication of a trademark registration

Requesting for opposition

Requesting for cancellation of a registered trademark

Requesting review with China Trademark Review and Adjudication Board

Requesting for invalidation of a registered trademark.
