On January 21, 2022, the year-end summary and commendation live conference of ZYIP was held successfully. In response to the call and requirements of the state, provincial and municipal for COVID-19 prevention and control work, the conference was held through live online, bringing together nearly 400 employees of ZYIP to witness the development of our company this year.

In 2021, ZYIP faced many challenges and managed to overcame them. It was divided into the principal and down-to-earth that the annual payment collection increased by 18.5%, and ZYIP maintains a steady growth in the past years. This achievement is powerful proof of ZYIP's professional ability and high service quality.

Then, Lv HUANG, deputy manager of the process business division, reported the annual case data of 2021.

In terms of patents, there were 13426 patent agency cases in 2021 (5957 inventions, 5064 utility models, 2405 appearance), making an increase of 8% year-on-year; The domestic patent authorization rate is 86%, and the invention patent authorization rate is 61.5%; PCT international patent applications increased by 43% year-on-year; Foreign related patent applications increased by 17% year-on-year; Integrated circuits increased by 82% year-on-year; Legal cases increased by 45% year-on-year; 10112 trademark cases were closed in 2021. Through this annual performance report, we can see that ZYIP's case data performance in 2021 is in a good upward trend as a whole.
In addition, in the 22nd China Patent Award selection, the patents represented by ZYIP won 1 China Patent Gold Award and 10 China Patent Excellence Awards.

We will redouble our efforts in the future; In terms of internal feedback and management, we adhered to the system performance, improved the service image, and handled 132 matters throughout the year; ZYIP will always pursue the target to enable every customer to obtain high-quality and professional service experience. The idea of deepening service, taking the initiative, paying attention to customers and employees are also the constant theme of the development of ZYIP.

Among the nearly 400 members of ZYIP team, 30% of them have master's degree or above, and 30% graduated from 985 / 211 universities; There are more than 200 patent agents, accounting for 60% of the total; There are 115 T9 (high-level) agents; More than 50% of ZYIP agents owns working experience for 6 years or more; More than 40% of the experts have working experience in the State Intellectual Property Bureau, scientific research departments of well-known enterprises and intellectual property management departments. In 2021, our talent team has improved in both aspects of quantity and quality.
