Executed on May 5! Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission's Ministry of Finance on the design patent for the design patent, separately specified the fee standard

According to the Notice of the "People's Republic of China Patent Law" and the National Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Finance on increasing the relevant provisions of the Patent Tolls, the relevant provisions of the designated prescribed prostinal items (Finance and Taxes [2022] No. 13) 10 years extended for 15 years, designated to enter my country's design international application and international registration renewal, and relevant applicants should pay a separate designation fee. The relevant patent annual fee will be given separately, and the relevant issues of the specified fee standard is as follows:

First, the design patent No. 11-15 is 3,000 yuan per year.

Second, the specified fee standard is:
The first issue (1-5 years) 4100 yuan
The second phase (6-10 years) 7600 yuan
The third phase (11-15 years) 15,000 yuan

Third, the charging unit should strictly implement the above provisions, and may not increase the charging project, expand the fees and change the charging standard.

Fourth, price, finance, market supervision department should strengthen supervision and inspection of the implementation of this notice, and give penalties according to law without the implementation of charge standards.

5. The above provisions are implemented since May 5, 2022.
