Uniqlo is sued for trademark infringement

Recently, Seoul Semiconductor, a world-renowned professional LED manufacturer, filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Mouser, a global electronic component distributor, and its Italian subsidiary for the sale of Everlight LED products in a court in Milan, Italy.

China Micro Semiconductor Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Micro") recently announced that China's Fujian Provincial High People’s Court has approved China Micro’s complaint against Veeco Precision Instruments International Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ), which prohibits Veeco Shanghai from importing, manufacturing, and selling to any third party or promise to sell any chemical vapor deposition devices and substrate trays used for such devices that infringe on China Micro's CN 202492576 patent.

A few days ago, the Patent Compound Committee of the State Intellectual Property Office issued invalid decisions No. 29146 and No. 29147, respectively announcing the patent number 201330528226.5 (Landwind E32, Landwind X7) of Jiangling Holdings Co., Ltd. and the patent number 201130436459.3 (Land Rover Range Rover) Aurora) all patent rights are invalid. It is worth noting that the two parties in the two invalidation decisions are mutually invalid petitioners. The two invalidation decisions cited the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 23 of the Patent Law.
