ZYIP has been rated as a "A+" patent agency credit rating
In order to strengthen the hierarchical and classified credit supervision of patent agency, promote the patent agency to practice in good faith according to law, and effectively maintain the order of the patent agency industry, the China National Intellectual Property Administration recently issued the Administrative Measures for Credit Evaluation of Patent Agency. The "Measures" stipulate that in accordance with the requirements of the State Council for the implementation of hierarchical classification management in credit supervision, clear level standards shall be established, and patent agencies shall be graded and evaluated. Four levels, namely A, B, C, and D, shall be set up, and additional points shall be added based on factors such as honor rewards and social contributions, with an A+level added.
Grade standard
1. A level with a credit score of 90 or above (inclusive) and 100 or below (inclusive);
2. B level with a credit score of 80 or above but less than 90 points;
3. Those with a C-level credit score of 60 or above but less than 80 points;
4. Level D refers to credit points less than 60 points.
According to honors, rewards, social contributions, etc., additional bonus points should be appropriately set, and an "A+" level should be added, with a level standard of over 100 points.
According to the latest released data, the number of patent agencies in China has reached 5345, of which 4500 have been rated as "A" level agencies, and only 122 have obtained "A+" level patent agencies. Zhongyi Intellectual Property is honored to become one of the "A+" institutions.
