ZYIP was selected as a patent agency by Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC)

In 2023, ZYIP was successfully selected as a patent agency service agency by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), and became one of the service agencies recognized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council.

Under the leadership of the HKSAR Government, the Hong Kong Productivity Council is committed to promoting technological innovation and improving enterprise productivity in Hong Kong. The Patent Application Grant (PAG) is a subsidy scheme managed by the Innovation and Technology Commission and implemented by the Hong Kong Productivity Council. It aims to help local companies and individuals in Hong Kong apply for patents for their inventions and help them transform their achievements into their assets.

Applicants who meet the PAG criteria can receive a maximum subsidy of HKD 250000 or 90% of the total direct fees for patent applications (including patent search and technical evaluation fees), whichever is lower. The subsidy amount needs to appoint a successful patent agency selected by the Hong Kong Productivity Council to process patent applications (ZYIP was successfully selected on January 4, 2023). The subsidy amount can be used to apply for patents in any country or region.
