The third training session on abnormal patent avoidance and agency capability improvement was successfully held

Recently, the "Intellectual Property Theme Training" hosted by the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (Shenzhen Intellectual Property Bureau) and organized by Shenzhen Zhongyi United Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. (ZYIP) was successfully held at the Vienna International Hotel on Beihuan Avenue in Futian District, Shenzhen.

This training invited Li Yanli, a member of the expert database of Guangdong Patent Agency Association, ZYIP Technical Director, and Chief Machinery Patent Technology Officer, as the main lecturer.


Ms. Li Yanli has rich experience and profound professional knowledge in the field of patents. During the training session, she explained the relevant knowledge of abnormal patent applications from a professional perspective and rich examples, including their definitions, characteristics, and response strategies. She emphasized that enterprises need to attach importance to abnormal patent applications and improve the high-quality development and management level of intellectual property. In addition, Teacher Li also provided a detailed interpretation of the implementation rules of the new patent law, providing valuable suggestions and guidance for enterprises to strategically plan in the new environment.
