Recently, the Market Supervision Administration of Guiyang City approved the release of the "Guidelines for Cultivating High Value Invention Patents" and the "Patent Application Pre Trial Standards" as local standards in Guiyang City. Two local standards were proposed and managed by the Guiyang Market Supervision Administration, with the Guiyang Intellectual Property Protection Center as the main drafting unit. The implementation date is September 1, 2024.

On July 30th, the Guangzhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation approved the release of the Guangzhou local standard "Construction and Service Specification for Intellectual Property Information Public Service Network" (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification"), which will be officially implemented on September 2, 2024. This "Standard" is the first local standard for the construction and service of intellectual property information public service outlets in Guangdong Province, and is of great significance for promoting the standardization of intellectual property public service construction in the city.

On August 20th, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and 11 other departments issued a notice, deciding to implement the "Hebei Province Data Intellectual Property Registration Measures (Trial)" from September 1st. The registration method aims to standardize the registration of data intellectual property rights.

The Regulations on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Xianyang City were passed at the 15th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 9th People's Congress of Xianyang City on April 30, 2024, and approved at the 10th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of Shaanxi Province on May 30, 2024. They are now promulgated and shall come into effect on September 1, 2024.

According to the Hunan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, the Hunan local standard "Guidelines for Patent Value Evaluation" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines") has been officially released and will be implemented on September 12th.
