（一）The registered trademark shall be used strictly in accordance with the registered trademark and approved products or services in the trademark registration certificate.

（二）The trademark registrant can’t alter the text, graphics or composition of the registered trademark; It is not allowed to change the name, address or other registration matters of the registered trademark.

（三）Where a trademark registrant exceeds the scope of the goods or services authorized by the trademark registration certificate to use its registered trademark and marks the registration mark, it is a illegal act of pretending the registered trademark.

（四）Where a registered trademark is transferred, the assignee and the assignee shall sign a transfer agreement and jointly apply to the trademark office. The assignee shall ensure the quality of the goods which used for the registered trademark.

（五）The trademark registrant has the obligation to use the registered trademark. If the registered trademark has not been used for three consecutive years since the date of approval, the trademark may be revoked according to law.

（六）The trademark registrant shall prevent its registered trademark from becoming a generic name, otherwise any unit or individual may apply to the trademark office for the cancellation of the registered trademark.

（七）A trademark registrant may authorize others to use its registered trademark by signing a trademark license contract. The licensor shall file and submit the record materials to the trademark office within the period of validity of the license contract, and shall be announced by the trademark office. Trademark use licensing without the record may not be used against a third party without malevolence.

（八）The licensee shall ensure that the quality of the goods used for the registered trademark ,and must be marked with the name of the licensee and the origin of the goods on the goods that use the registered trademark.

（九）The pledgor and the pledgee shall sign a written pledge contract and jointly submit the application for pledge registration to the trademark office, and shall be announced by the trademark office.
