Enterprises with formal registration in the industrial and commercial administration of China may participate in the Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standard Certification which is designed to help enterprises establish intellectual property management system and enhance the awareness and innovation ability. Both start-up small micro enterprise and mature enterprises with a large number of patents, trademarks, Copyrights, in production operations, will inevitably face the problems such as the protection of intellectual property rights, evasion of infringement. Therefore, the certification is open to all registered enterprises.
